Not at all! Anyone can receive care at Renew MD. However, if you’re dedicated to your aesthetic journey, we do recommend our Radiance Refined Membership. This membership tier unlocks special discounts, additional medical spa services, and exclusive events.

Many of our medical spa services require a consultation, but we may not need to book a separate treatment day for you. Depending on our availability and the service you’re here for, we can determine whether same-day treatment is possible during your initial visit.
Examples of treatments we may be able to perform on the same day include:
A consultation with Dr. Gordon or our Advanced Nurse Practitioner is $100. This amount becomes a credit you can apply toward any product or service within 7 days of your visit. If you choose not to book or purchase anything, it simply covers the dedicated time and personalized care you receive during your consultation.
Should you choose to meet with one of our certified skincare professionals instead, a $50 deposit is necessary to hold your spot. Similar to consulting with Dr. Gordon, this amount can go toward any purchases you make within 1 week of your consultation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $100 fee will apply. For appointments longer than 1 hour, an additional $100 will be charged for each extra hour reserved for you.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we will still do our best to treat you to the fullest extent. However, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment for which we cannot perform services within the remaining time. We recommend that all patients arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time.
While it’s true that seeing is believing, that’s just part of why we ask every patient to have before-and-after photos taken. Tracking your results visually throughout your treatment can truly boost your confidence. Plus, these photos are necessary for maintaining accurate medical records.
This is especially important for medical spa services that stimulate collagen, since progress happens gradually. In addition, photos provide a valuable perspective along the way. Day-to-day changes might not stand out in the mirror, but looking back at your starting point can be so rewarding.
