What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Because of that care on our end, we ask for the same in return, and hold our cancellation policy firmly and consistently for every patient. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule most appointments without a fee. 72 hours notice is required for prep-heavy procedures: PDO threads, Radiesse, Sculptra, Laser Tightening, PRF Gel (EZ Gel or Selphyl), VI Chemical Peels, and Clear RF Resurfacing treatments. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled procedure cost, and any deposit on file is forfeited. Repeat no-shows may result in removal from promotional programs and may require prepayment in full to schedule future visits. Illness or emergency? Please let us know as early as possible. Q: Do I have to come in for the follow up?

Yes — your follow-up is part of your treatment plan , not an add-on . It’s how Dr. Gordon and our team evaluate your result, confirm you’ve healed as expected, and determine whether a small refinement is appropriate. Refinements are only performed within a limited window after your initial treatment, so keeping this appointment protects both your result and your eligibility for adjustment. Typical refinement windows: • Neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, Letybo, Jeuveau): follow-up at approximately 2 weeks (day 14) post-treatment. • Filler : follow-up between 2–4 weeks post-treatment. • Skin tightening, biostimulators, and energy-based treatments (laser, RF, Sculptra, Radiesse, and similar): initial check at 2 weeks , followed by a 3-month visit to assess results as collagen and tissue remodeling continue. Because product continues to integrate and tissues continue to remodel after treatment, refinements can only be made within these windows. Outside of the specified timeframe, any additional treatment is considered a new service and will be planned accordingly.

Q: NO-CALL / NO-SHOW

A no-call/no-show appointment will incur the same 50% procedure fee and forfeiture of any deposit on file, and may also result in forfeiture of the scheduled service or applicable prepaid value. Repeated no-call/no-show appointments may result in removal from promotional and membership programs and may require prepayment in full to schedule future visits.

• Treatments, packages, memberships, prepaid services, deposits, gift cards, and retail products are non-refundable.

• No refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, relocation, medical or financial changes, or dissatisfaction with results.

• Prescription medications and skincare products are non-refundable due to legal, safety, and hygiene requirements.

• Individual services and packages are non-transferable — they may not be shared, split, or reassigned. (Gift certificates are the exception and may be gifted.)

• If a treatment is not clinically appropriate, any funds paid may be applied as a practice credit toward other services or products, at Renew MD’s discretion.

• Concerns about results? We welcome a follow-up. Dr. Gordon and our clinical team will evaluate your outcome and recommend the next best step — we stand behind our work.

• Financed purchases follow the same refund and cancellation rules. Your loan obligation with the lender is separate and continues regardless of service outcome.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we will still do our best to treat you to the fullest extent. However, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment for which we cannot perform services within the remaining time. We recommend that all patients arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time.
